Hourly rates if NOT on a retainer package are as
follows:
Administrative Services: $40 per hour
Virtual Assistance SOHO Plan
This plan gives you 16 hours of monthly administrative
services.
$608/month 5% savings!
Virtual Assistance Executive Plan
This plan gives you 24 hours of monthly administrative
services.
$864/month 10% savings!
Virtual Assistance Corporate Plan
This plan gives you 32 hours of monthly administrative
services.
$1,088/month 15% savings!
Marketing Services: $55.00 per hour
All Prepaid
Plans are based on an hourly rate of $40.00 which includes
Administrative services as per service list. Marketing services are billed separately.
Any unplanned hours over and beyond the package plan
will be billed out at $40.00 per hour. Unused hours cannot
be transferred from month to month.
Prepaid Plans do not include expenses (i.e. postage,
courier, telephone charges, materials, etc.) or any items
purchased for project. These costs are charged separately
and will be invoiced monthly.
All clients on retainer plans must sign a contract as
per Virtual Business Solutions’ policies.
**Remember, with a Virtual Assistant, you only pay for
the time worked on task! No more paying for socializing,
hour long lunches or frequent trips to the washroom.
